Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director General of Finance & Control (DGFC) to lead and elevate our financial governance, control framework, and performance management across the organization.This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for ensuring financial integrity, operational discipline, and sustainable profitability across multiple business units and subsidiaries.The DGFC will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape financial strategy, manage risk, and support the company's expansion and long-term growth.RequirementsFinancial Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and implement corporate financial strategy aligned with business objectivesLead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningProvide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support executive decisionsGovernance & ControlEstablish and maintain a robust internal control frameworkEnsure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirementsLead internal and external audit coordinationPerformance & Profitability OversightMonitor business unit P&Ls and overall financial performanceIdentify cost optimization opportunities and improve marginsDrive financial transparency across all departmentsCash Flow & Treasury ManagementOversee liquidity management and working capital optimizationManage banking relationships and financial structuringStrengthen collections and payment governance processesInvestment & Expansion SupportConduct financial feasibility studies and due diligence for new initiativesSupport expansion into new markets and subsidiariesTeam LeadershipLead and develop finance, accounting, and treasury teamsFoster a culture of accountability, discipline, and performanceQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related fieldMBA or Master's degree preferredProfessional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) requiredMinimum 12 years of progressive financial leadership experienceExperience in multi-entity organizations or consulting/technology environments preferredKey CompetenciesStrategic financial leadershipStrong governance and compliance orientationAdvanced financial modeling skillsRisk management expertiseHigh ethical standards and integrityExecutive communication and stakeholder managementBenefitsExecutive leadership role with strategic impactOpportunity to shape financial governance and organizational growthCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesA dynamic and growth-oriented environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
