Director - Data & Analytics

We are partnering with a government institution in the UAE to recruit a Director – Data & Analytics, a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing the organisation’s data vision. The role will oversee enterprise-wide data governance, the development of advanced analytics capabilities, and the adoption of data-driven decision-making as a core organisational competency.Responsibilities include establishing data management frameworks, improving data quality and accessibility, and driving the deployment of modern analytics platforms and tools. The successful candidate will also work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities where data and insights can enhance service delivery, operational efficiency and long-term planning.We are seeking an experienced data leader with deep expertise in data strategy, analytics, governance, and emerging technologies.
