The role serves as the primary advisor to executive leadership on enterprise strategy, investment decisions, and long‑term value creation, ensuring disciplined execution and performance governance across the Group.Key AccountabilitiesLead the development and periodic refresh of Boutique Group’s corporate strategy in close coordination with executive leadership, ensuring alignment with long‑term business objectives, shareholder expectations, and national strategic directives.Translate the Group’s strategic ambition into coherent multi‑year roadmaps and annual operating plans, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives, KPIs, and budget cycles.Ensure strategic priorities are embedded across business planning, risk management, transformation initiatives, and enterprise governance frameworks.Strategic Planning & Enterprise AlignmentOwn the end‑to‑end corporate strategy lifecycle, including strategy formulation, annual refresh cycles, and long‑term horizon planning.Facilitate structured strategy alignment workshops with executive leadership and departments to cascade strategic objectives into operational plans, KPIs, and prioritized initiatives.Oversee the consolidation, challenge, and validation of departmental plans to ensure enterprise alignment, resource optimisation, and sustainability integration.Monitor execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring progress, risks, and interdependencies are tracked and reported with clear accountability.Lead environmental scanning, market and policy analysis, and internal capability assessments to support scenario planning, investment prioritisation, and enterprise‑level decision‑making.Provide enterprise‑level PMO governance oversight for strategic and cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring prioritisation, execution discipline, dependency management, and executive‑level reporting.Corporate Performance ManagementDesign, govern, and continuously enhance the corporate performance management framework, ensuring KPIs are strategy‑linked, measurable, and cascaded across all levels of the organisation.Lead quarterly and annual performance review cycles, facilitating executive performance discussions and ensuring timely corrective actions where gaps are identified.Oversee the development of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting tools in collaboration with performance analysts and system owners.Enterprise & Operational ExcellenceDevelop and institutionalise enterprise‑wide excellence frameworks, including operational excellence, LEAN methodologies, business process management, and continuous improvement standards.Sponsor and govern cross‑functional improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, service quality, cost efficiency, and organisational improvement.Ensure measurable value realisation from improvement initiatives and alignment with strategic objectives and performance outcomes.Establish and maintain governance frameworks, methodologies, templates, and standards for strategy, performance management, and enterprise improvement.Ensure policies, procedures, and documentation are consistently applied, reviewed, and updated in line with internal control requirements.Oversee system enablement related to strategy, performance, and reporting to ensure data integrity and decision‑quality insights.Leadership & People ManagementLead and develop a high‑performing team covering corporate strategy, performance management, reporting, and enterprise excellence.Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports, fostering analytical rigor, cross‑functional collaboration, and a results‑oriented culture.Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on strategy execution, performance outcomes, and enter
