We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader for the position of Director - Commercial.As the Director of Commercial, you will play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategies, driving financial performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Qiddiya project. You will be responsible for managing commercial relationships, optimizing revenue streams, and overseeing the fiscal responsibilities of various initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate and execute commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya's visionProvide strategic oversight of budget management, forecasting, and financial reportingEngage with stakeholders to maximize commercial opportunitiesLead negotiations for contracts with suppliers, partners, and service providersCollaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with financial regulationsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategyDevelop and maintain relationships with key industry playersContribute to the development of pricing strategies and financial modelsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master\'s degree is a plusAt least 10 years of commercial management experience, preferably in entertainment or large-scale projectsDemonstrated success in financial planning and analysisStrong leadership and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial softwareFluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
