Digital Security Architecture with Banking /Fintech Domain

We have an urgent requirement for Digital Security Architecture Senior Analyst along with Banking /Fintech Domain experience of our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAEDevelopment/refinement of regulatory compliance, risk identification and mitigation, Digital / Fintech and Digital assets security architecture and standards.Must lead implementation of Digital security solutions and architecture reviews.Strong experience in security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, and application security.Strong knowledge in designing DevOps channels for both Cloud and On‑Prem environments.Strong knowledge in ISO 27001, NESA, PCI DSS, SWIFT, SABSA/TOGAF and other information security standards and regulations.Strong experience in Cloud security and architecture.Banking / Fintech experience is required.Role PurposeReporting to the Manager of Digital and Fintech Security, the Digital Security Architecture Senior Analyst will design and manage the Digital security for Customer Digital Journeys. The incumbent will work with the Head of Engineering and other management teams, identifying and protecting digital data and resources from internal and external threats. They will co‑develop and execute the Digital Security strategy, partner with various teams in ITD, Digital, Business, and external partners to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data in the cloud. The role will lead new Fintech Vision initiatives with startups and FinTech organizations to align with strategy and vision.Key Metrics# of information security applications/systems evaluated/assessed# of GISD projects and initiatives delivered out of planned# of risks identified and controls recommended for existing or new application and systems# of BIAs and risk and privacy assessments conducted# of third‑party assessments conducted versus planned% deviation from section’s planned budget% of Fintech companies assessed and onboarded# reports delivered to senior management on Digital initiative statusKey Accountabilities of the RoleDevelopment/refinement of regulatory compliance, risk identification and mitigation, Digital / Fintech and Digital assets security architecture and standards.Accountable for delivery of GISD related initiatives in the Digital pipeline and in alignment with the Digital framework.Manage and assist with Data Privacy impact assessment, Third Party Vendor assessment, controls requirement of digital initiatives when required.Lead implementation of Digital security solutions and architecture reviews.Build Digital security roadmap, coordinate and drive the design, development, and implementation of digital security solutions.Assist with subsidiaries and international Business Digital initiatives and security architecture in compliance with local regulatory requirements.Conduct independent security reviews of vendor proposals, review security architectures and recommend modifications to the information security operation to evaluate risk, reduce costs or improve service for Digital Initiatives.Serve as Digital security point of contact and trusted advisor; provide advisory and consulting services as needed to various department and project teams.Evaluate acquisition documents against existing and proposed security architectures and designs.Manage Digital architecture security journeys, including development and implementation of effective security design, frameworks and Architecture. Enforce and establish Digital security configuration baselines and security patching for all applications, systems, databases, OSs and network assets.Prepare cost estimates and identify security and cost opportunities, risks and issues.Design, manage, and socialize a unified Digital business Security Blueprint for technology functionality and business capabilities, aligned with overarching information security strategy and policies.Review Security DevOps Configuration, Security Reports from DevOps tools, oversee the testing and exercising of Digital POCs and Fintech engagements.Participate in root‑cause analysis and action report development for Security related issues with Digital platform.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for This RoleBA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.Knowledge of security technologies, processes, systems/applications, and familiarity with banking & financial institutions applications used for mobile & online banking, ATMs, payments, treasury, trade finance, etc.Strong knowledge in designing DevOps channels for both Cloud and On‑Prem environments.Strong knowledge of security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, and application security.Understanding of business requirements and incorporating digital security requirements and controls.One or more of the following technical certifications: TOGAF, CCIE, CCSP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, ITIL, etc.Excellent interpersonal
