Job Description
AHS, a leading real estate company, is seeking an innovative and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads.This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and sales objectivesManage and optimize high‑budget paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, and international platformsOversee performance marketing funnels from awareness to conversion, ensuring measurable ROICollaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with launch timelines and project milestonesMonitor campaign KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement rates, and lead qualityLead website optimization initiatives including landing pages, UX flow, and conversion rate improvementsCoordinate with external agencies, media buyers, and technology partners when requiredPrepare performance reports and strategic insights for executive leadershipEnsure brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Dubai real estate marketing standardsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plusMinimum 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership experienceStrong background in ultra‑luxury real estate, property development, or premium lifestyle brandsDemonstrated experience managing high‑value campaigns targeting international investors and HNWIsAdvanced knowledge of paid media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systemsExceptional command of English; Arabic is a strong advantageAbility to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai and lead cross‑functional collaborationTechnical & Professional SkillsStrategic digital planning and budget managementPerformance marketing and funnel optimizationAdvanced analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, dashboards, CRM integration)Luxury brand positioning and audience segmentationStrong leadership and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to operate in high‑pressure launch environmentsThis role is instrumental in driving qualified demand, strengthening global brand.#J-18808-Ljbffr
