Job Description
OverviewThe ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by identifying the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. Preferably ARABIC speaking.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaignsMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing contentManage all paid marketing campaigns & adjust tactics to meet objectives and budgets.Create paid campaigns & ads across various media platforms to help drive growth across all channels.Plan, build & execute creative & engaging paid campaigns.Monitor & analyze performance to develop ways of spending more efficiently. Create accurate reports outlining results, recommended opportunities for improvement on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.Optimize campaigns by making continual adjustments to targeting and bidding on all relevant platforms in order to maximize the impact of the ads.Recommend & define digital advertising campaign strategies and test plans that reach business objectives.Experience in running campaigns, ads & content across multiple media platforms, including online direct marketing channels (Twitter Ads, Google Ads, etc.Have strong excel capabilities and proficiency with Google Analytics, Google docs, and MS Office SuiteCreate, Develop, implement and manage our social media accountsModerate the comments and messagesManage and oversee social media contentStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologiesLead generation through market researchContinuous cold calling of prospective corporate clients (e.g. B2B Sellers)Arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clientsIdentifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insightsWork alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations, and financial goals of the departmentIdentify all sales channels, and implement and execute effectively on sales strategies to win this segment ...Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaignsTrack, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaignsManage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketingPerform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimizationResearch and implement search engine optimization recommendationsResearch and analyze competitor advertising linksDevelop and implement link building strategyWork with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed codeWork with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programmingRecommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code dir
