As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online presence and engagement of our brand's digital community across various social media platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic.Monitor and respond to online conversations and comments from the community.Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that resonate with the community.Analyze social media data and provide insights to improve community engagement.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital community management.Plan, organize, and moderate online events to engage the community.Build relationships with influencers and other brands within the community to increase reach.Provide excellent customer service through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries or concerns from the community.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.Minimum of 2 years experience in digital community management or social media management.Proficient in using social media management tools.Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Passion for staying updated on current trends in technology, social media, marketing etc.Experience working with multicultural communities is a plus.No English language proficiency is required as long as the candidate is able to communicate effectively through written messages.This is a part-time position without accommodation.
