The role focuses on ensuring that pavement designs meet performance durability and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.General Description of Role and ResponsibilitiesReview the EPC Contractors pavement design to confirm its suitability for expected traffic loads climatic conditions and design life.Verify that proposed construction methods materials and workmanship comply with relevant quality safety and technical standards.Apply in-depth knowledge of UAE codes standards and regulations governing transportation infrastructure.Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize pavement design while considering long-term Operation & Maintenance (O&M) requirements.Support coordination between design and construction teams to ensure constructability performance and lifecycle durability of roadway assets.Participate in design and progress reviews to ensure alignment with project objectives and sustainability goals.Qualifications Experience Knowledge and SkillsBachelors degree in civil engineering or related fieldMinimum 10 -15 years of experience in road and pavement design and construction preferably on large-scale infrastructure or PPP projects.Proven expertise in pavement materials design methodologies and performance-based specifications.Strong familiarity with UAE and international standards (AASHTO ASTM BS or equivalent).Excellent analytical coordination and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
