Anton’s long-term goal is to become a world-leading green energy technical services company, growing together with its clients and talent to promote high‑quality development in the energy industry.About the RoleJob Title: Design Institute DirectorJob Location: DubaiJob ResponsibilitiesOversee the overall operations of the Design Institute, ensuring efficient management and alignment with organizational objectives.Develop and implement strategic plans to support the institute’s long‑term growth and development.Establish and maintain relationships with high‑level clients and key stakeholders to strengthen business partnerships and expand opportunities.Lead business management activities, ensuring effective coordination across departments and functions.Provide strategic direction and oversight for project planning and execution, including key decision‑making related to project development and delivery.Job RequirementsFull Professional with more than 15 years of relevant professional experience in oil and gas industry design or surface engineering.Minimum of 8 years of management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and team management capabilities.Overseas work experience, with the ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments.Proficiency in English as a working language, enabling effective communication in professional and technical contexts.Background in Process Engineering is preferred.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management credentials are considered an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
