Design Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Design Director to lead and oversee the creative direction of high-end design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full design process, from concept development to project delivery, ensuring exceptional design standards and alignment with the company’s brand vision.The Design Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership, architects, consultants, and project teams to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall design vision and creative direction across multiple projects.Oversee the entire design process, from concept development through detailed design and execution.Manage and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals.Ensure all design outputs meet high aesthetic, functional, and brand standards.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.Review and approve design concepts, drawings, materials, and presentations.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with project objectives.Stay up to date with design trends, materials, technologies, and industry innovations.Present design concepts and strategies to senior management and key stakeholders.Support the development of the company’s design identity and brand positioning.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.10+ years of experience in design leadership roles.Proven experience managing high-end residential, hospitality, or luxury development projects.Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality design execution.Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams.Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Strong understanding of project coordination, materials, and construction processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
