Depth Support Supervisor

<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>The Depth Support Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising maintenance support activities within the aircraft maintenance organization. The role ensures compliance with safety, airworthiness, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.</p><p>The position provides leadership, guidance, and line management to maintenance personnel, ensuring safe and effective delivery of maintenance activities while supporting contractual operational readiness and performance targets.</p><h3>Duties&Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervise aircraft maintenance support activities, ensuring compliance with safety, airworthiness, and operational standards.</li><li>Lead and develop maintenance personnel, providing guidance, performance management, and professional development.</li><li>Ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards while maintaining accurate technical records.</li><li>Drive<b>continuous improvement initiatives</b>to enhance efficiency, safety, and operational performance within the maintenance organization.</li><li>Support internal audits, process verification, and root cause analysis to address quality or production issues.</li><li>Maintain compliance with aviation regulations including EASA Part‑145 and promote strong Safety, Health&Environment practices.</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance management to improve operational readiness, reporting, and performance monitoring.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Technical qualification such as<b>NVQ Level 3, ONC/OND, BTEC</b>, technical apprenticeship, or equivalent in a relevant discipline.</li><li>Minimum<b>10 years of aircraft maintenance experience</b>in an operational aviation environment, including hands‑on maintenance.</li><li>At least<b>2 years of supervisory or management experience</b>.</li><li>Experience managing small projects or maintenance initiatives.</li><li>Working knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations such as EASA Part‑145.</li><li>Strong leadership and team supervision skills.</li><li>Proficiency in<b>Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</b>for monitoring and reporting operational trends.</li><li>Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (or eligibility to obtain).</li><li>Strong knowledge of aerospace maintenance processes and procedures.</li><li>Broad aerospace and defense industry experience.</li><li>NEBOSH qualification.</li><li>ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
