From its humble beginnings as Studio SAMIR in 1953, we have grown into a prominent player in the sales and marketing industry, delivering exceptional products and solutions to our valued clients.Job OverviewAs a Dental Imaging Application Specialist your role will focus on the clinical & technical education, workflow and post-installation support for our Dental Imaging Technologies including digital X-ray, CBCT, panoramic systems, and imaging software.The role involves explaining & demonstrating clinical uses of dental imaging systems, developing training material based on best practices and current advancements and delivering both on-site and virtual training for relevant stakeholders. You will also support system installations, troubleshoot technical and clinical issues, and optimize workflows through analysis, customization, and system integration. Close collaboration with customers following installation is a key aspect of this role.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support the sales process by providing technical expertise and product knowledge, collaborate with vendors R&D, marketing, service and regulatory, provide clinical input for product improvements and new feature development and support clinical studies, evaluations, and reference site programs.Qualification and Experience requiredBachelor’s degree in Dentistry.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Dental healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia.Skills and Competencies requiredAn in-depth knowledge of Dental Healthcare clinical and technical environment.Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, problem-solving, multitasking, disciplined, training skills.Client-focused, with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in Arabic & English (reading, speaking, and writing).The ability to travel according as per business requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
