This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the customers and the Company. This team member’s overall responsibility will be to develop dealer relationships that generate contracts according to the Company’s established credit risk and profitability models.In this role, you will:Build relationships with dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry.Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing, and volume objectivesMaintain a log of dealer visits and dealer feedback.Achieving monthly sales targets and margins.Design dealer segregation.Ensure the bidding activity is more than 95%Ensure all dealers are active on the platform.Ensure to engage with dealers in the auction.Negotiate well and ensure to achieve the highest margins for the company.Updating the system on timeMeeting all dealers weekly to build a strong relationship.#J-18808-Ljbffr
