Join our Happeners!Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining and executing our Data Strategy in Dubai and Saudi.AccountabilitiesStrategyDevelop a Regional Data Strategy aligned with the Group Data StrategyProvide support for data-related mergers and acquisitions (M&As)Identify and execute “data” leversIdentify partners for data/open innovation initiativesManagement of long-term initiatives to enhance the risk evaluation on companiesInnovation Data ManagementFormulate strategies for make/buy/multisource/dual data sourcingAlternative data acquisition scenarios (cost & drivers)Manage business requirements and projects related to data (e.g., multi-sourcing) in collaboration with IT & OperationsCreate a regional/country “long term” data evolution roadmapEstablish a data quality roadmap and define relevant KPIsProduction “factories” managementMetrics & Control of data factories, data production center in some countriesControl & oversee the various data production processes and workloadsPerformance, quality and delivery metricsData Ecosystem GrowthAnalyze and identify new potential data sources for the market (both alternative and traditional)Conduct competitive assessmentsDefine data roadmaps for countries based on their specific needsData quality assessment and maintenancePerform new data significance testing and predictivity assessmentRelationship ManagementCoordinate and support local EIC (Enhanced Information Center) in managing IPs (Information Provider) relationship and negotiating contractsBusiness/Sales development and support/Data ConsultancyProvide support for exploring new data use cases, such as ESG or new sales “keywords”Assist in data-related tenders and bidsAddress “level 2” data quality issuesDirect support to sales accounts in trainings and customer visitsSupport the sales operations team in managing data quality and data coverage issues on ICON/URBA (Business Information platform)Oversee data delivery initiativesQualificationsEssentials Experience, Skills and Knowledge10+ years in Data strategy, Data Management or Data insights based positionsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related fieldProven record in involvement in data products and data-related service strategy, change management, and business development within the Data-Driven Economy and data-enriched processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailStrong proficiency in data cleansing and data preparation techniquesProven experience in analyzing and exploring complex datasets to extract actionable insightsExperience in delivering data-driven products & solutions projectsGood knowledge of data analytics platforms and knowledge of some data-management languages & toolsNegotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiencesSolution-oriented mindset, driven to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutionsWe Offer YouCompetitive remunerationOpportunity to build your career (both locally and internationally) in a large global company, one of the world leaders in its fieldPossibility to gain expertise in business information services, trade credit insurance, and financeFlexibility to work in a hybrid mode, blending remote and on-site work#J-18808-Ljbffr
