Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward. We’re looking for Data Scientists to help us shape the future of financial services. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals in Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering on impactful projects that drive our company’s growth.What You’ll Be DoingImproving existing algorithmsBuilding new PoCsDelivering data‑driven solutions to enhance product performanceResearching and developing PoCs into scalable data productsCollaborating with product owners, engineers and data scientists to continually solve complex data problemsWhat You’ll NeedExperience building and leading a data science team within a scaling organisationBachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in STEM (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)Solid knowledge of data science tools including Python, SQL and production frameworksDemonstrated knowledge of probability and statistics fundamentalsThe ability to think strategically and diagnose problems accuratelyExperience productionising research into scalable solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with Product Owners and senior stakeholdersNice to haveAdvanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Masters or PhD)Experience with additional programming languages such as Java, Scala or C++Experience working in anti‑fraud functionsExperience working at a large‑scale global tech companyParticipation in Olympiad competitions in Physics, Mathematics, Economics or Programming at school or university levelDiversity & InclusionBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
