About the job Data Science and Database EngineerWe are seeking an innovative Data Science and Database Engineer with extensive reporting experience to work on our RCM platform and claim management services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in data science, database management, and reporting, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing processes and systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure databases for RCM applications and claim management services.Analyze complex data sets and develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance the performance of our RCM platform and claim management services.Implement and maintain ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration between systems and applications.Develop and maintain accurate, user-friendly, and visually compelling reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management.Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.Continuously improve and optimize data processes, systems, and tools to support the company's strategic goals.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data science, database engineering, and reporting.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, database engineering, and reporting, preferably in the RCM or healthcare industry.Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.Experience with ETL tools and processes, as well as database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
