Data Manager

We are looking for a Data Manager to join our team and lead the organization analysis and reporting of critical business data.This role requires a highly analytical and detaildriven professional with a strong background in data management analytics and reporting. If youre passionate about leveraging data to drive decisions and improve performance wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & AnalysisOversee the collection, storage, organization and maintenance of company data across systems.Develop and implement efficient data management processes including data cleaning and validation.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights that support business objectives.Create reports, dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker.Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with management and cross‑functional teams to define data needs and deliver insights.Translate business questions into data queries and provide data‑backed recommendations.Ensure data security, integrity and compliance with company policies and industry standards.Train and support internal teams in accessing and interpreting data as needed.RequirementsProven experience as a Data Manager, Data Analyst or similar role in data‑focused environments.Strong background in data analytics, data visualization and statistical analysis.Proficiency in SQL, Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake) and ETL processes.Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.Effective communication skills to explain data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field (Masters preferred).Salary Range and BenefitsSalary Range: 3000 AED – 3500 AED (based on experience and qualifications).We provide medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship, training support and additional benefits (subject to the applicant).Work ArrangementThis is a full‑time onsite position with no remote or hybrid work options.
