This individual must be highly motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be technically and operationally proficient.The successful candidate will receive specialized training to support our products and services and is expected to become proficient in complex solutions and deployments.Essential FunctionsProvide program requirements development, operations support, and knowledge transfer.Provide on-site operational support to customer.Prepare program and operations documentation.Provide program and operations briefings to customer leadership and Forcepoint corporate leadership as required.Education and ExperienceDemonstrable experience within the cyber industry with a focus on DLPMinimum 4 years of directly relevant experience in program development and operations supportIntermediate Windows administration and security knowledgeIntermediate to advanced understanding of security design and architectureMust be able to coordinate collaboratively across multiple disciplines with management and with customers.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues.Experience with supporting/addressing customer training objectivesMust be able to work and collaborate remotely with management and team members.Must be a Saudi national.Technical ExperienceBasic network administration knowledge (TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, etc.)Good Linux/Unix administration knowledgeBasic to intermediate Windows administration knowledgeIntermediate understanding of security design and architecture, Active Directory/LDAP, and computer virtualizationExcellent product troubleshooting approachExperience in troubleshooting and resolving installation or application errorsExperience with supporting/addressing customer training objectivesDesirable ExperienceSecurity SOC products integration (e.g., firewall, web gateways, Data Loss Prevention)PythonShell scriptingBasic database knowledge (MSSQL and Oracle)Regex knowledgeApache NIFI exposurePreferred Education and ExperienceTechnical or programmatic certifications preferredPrevious Forcepoint Solutions experience a plusDont meet every single qualification?
