Job Description

Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the daily influx of leads for specific products of D&B.Handle client communication professionally, providing information about service offerings, addressing inquiries from existing clients, and supporting sales in fresh inquiries.Maintain a detailed record of inquiries, requests, complaints, and comments, ensuring follow-up with the relevant parties to facilitate necessary actions.Liaison with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of deliverables.Direct requests to the appropriate individuals or teams for resolution.Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with existing customers.Be knowledgeable about all existing offerings of D&B.Provide accurate and comprehensive information as needed.Lead efforts in maintaining and updating the customer database.Contribute to research activities and play a key role in generating sales leads.Education:GraduateWork Experience:3-5 years of experience in managing corporate customers and B2B customer service.Other Skills/Requirements:Proven track record in customer service, corporate customer service preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.Customer-oriented with active listening skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Thrives in a high-pressure work environment.Ability to manage different stakeholders simultaneously.Ability to engage clients and manage expectations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
