Job Description

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.Ensure accurate information is provided to customers.Maintain high service standards and meet deadlines.Offer support, resources, and assistance to customers and team members.Monitor customer interactions and ensure issue resolution.Identify areas for process improvement to enhance service delivery.Collect and implement feedback from customers and team members.Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills.Maintain necessary tools and equipment to support service functions.Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.Minimum requirements of role:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.Years of Experience:0 to 2 Years of Experience in insurance or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
