Job Description

Job PurposeTo welcome the customers in a courteous manner and to answer phone efficiently and to provide the necessary support in order to enhance customer comfort and satisfaction till they are attended to by the relevant personnel.Essential Roles and ResponsibilitiesOperational Roles and ResponsibilitiesBe part of the Telemarketing activities during campaigns.Provide efficient and courteous handling of present customers or over the phone, provide necessary information, service booking and guidanceProvide an efficient and courteous welcome to service customers by arranging to seat them and keep them comfortable till they are attended to by the Service AdvisorCall customers to get follow feedback on their visits to ATM.Arrange for the customer to be attended to at a quick pace to reduce waiting time and enhance customer satisfactionSupport the reception in managing the courtesy vehicles.Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the reception area and essential housekeeping standards are adhered to represent an appropriate corporate imageJob RequirementsEducation/Certification and Continued EducationHigh school CertificateYears of Experience1- 2 years’ Relevant ExperienceKnowledge and SkillsCustomer Service skills / Certification is an advantageExposure to Multicultural environmentWell Groomed with pleasant personalityExcellent Communication skillsAdditional Information#J-18808-Ljbffr
