Crypto Affiliate Manager (LATAM Market) - Optional to Remote

<div><p>An international financial services group specializing in online trading and investment is looking for a Crypto Affiliate Manager (LATAM Market) to join its Marketing team.</p><p>The Marketing team is a diverse and international group of 10+ nationalities based in Montenegro, Cyprus, and Israel. We welcome candidates with a strong proven track record in affiliate marketing and at least 2 years of hands-on experience.</p><p>This is a remote position, offering great opportunities to grow while working with one of the industry leaders.</p><h3>What Will You Do:</h3><ul><li><p>Recruit, manage, and grow new affiliate partnerships in LATAM markets</p></li><li><p>Maintain and optimize relationships with existing affiliates and IBs</p></li><li><p>Negotiate deals, commission structures, and bonus campaigns to maximize ROI</p></li><li><p>Search for affiliates/traffic brokers and bring them into the program under favorable terms</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with creative teams on promo materials (landing pages, banners, teasers) tailored to LATAM audiences</p></li><li><p>Develop new campaign ideas and localized bonus offers for affiliates</p></li><li><p>Represent the company in LATAM-focused industry events (meetups, exhibitions, conferences)</p></li></ul><h3>Key Skills Required:</h3><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in affiliate/IB management (forex, crypto, or casino/bet industry preferred)</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of successful negotiations and measurable results</p></li><li><p>Native Spanish (LATAM) + Fluent English – mandatory</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels</p></li><li><p>Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Highly organized with the ability to work independently and remotely</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel when needed for LATAM conferences and team meetings</p></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
