Foreground is partnering with a leading creative agency to appoint a Creative Strategist.About the RoleThe Creative Strategist is entrusted with shaping the vision and strategy behind high‑impact campaigns, branding and experiential activations. This role translates insights and research into actionable creative briefs, ensuring every project is both innovative and aligned with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of creative strategies for integrated campaigns, branding and event activationsConduct market research, audience profiling and competitive analysis to inform strategyTranslate insights into clear actionable briefs for creative design and content teamsCollaborate with creative account management and production teams to ensure strategic alignment and executionPresent strategic recommendations and creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholdersTrack and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvementSupport new business pitches and proposal development with strategic inputStay abreast of industry trends, digital innovation and cultural insights relevant to the agency's workRequirementsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing Communications, Advertising or a related fieldMinimum 6 years experience in creative strategy, brand planning or related roles within agency or brand environmentsStrong track record of developing successful strategies for leading brands and campaignsExcellent analytical, research and storytelling skillsExceptional communication and presentation abilitiesExperience with digital, social and experiential marketingFamiliarity with the GCC market and regional cultural nuances is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
