OverviewReturn Merchandise Authorization Coordinator (RMA) handles the RMA function for damaged spares and equipment through suppliers. Keeps records of all RMA purchases for warranty cases and audits. Expedites the handling and ordering of spares requiring replacement of malfunctioning components or tools for Warranty, AMC, and Workshop customers.ResponsibilitiesKeep spares availability in accordance with the CSG needs for Warranty, AMC & Workshop clients.Communicate with Vendor & Messenger logistics on availability and RMA delivery schedules.Maintain packaging material for proper monitoring and handling of spares & tools.Ensure all RMA purchases are logged, tracked, and raised according to the group criteria.Maintain paperwork of all RMA purchases for required warranty claims as well as supplier/ISO audits.Coordinate with Group Leaders in determining fluctuating warranty standings of various supplier equipment.Keep track of spares nearing warranty expiry within RMA.Ensure correct condition and identification of spares & devices at all times.Maintain a code of ethics with regards to attitude, behavior and loyalty while communicating with Vendors & Messenger Service.Qualifications4–5 years of experience in IT spare components management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
