Job Title: Country Manager - TIC (Minerals/Coal)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEIndustry: Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) / CommoditiesExperience: 10+ years in TIC NationalityPreference: Indian OriginJob Purpose:To lead and grow our TIC operations in the UAE, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and profitability within the minerals/coal sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business development and retain key clients in the minerals/coal sector.Manage full P&L, ensuring revenue targets and timely collections.Oversee lab operations, ensuring 100% compliance with SOPs and fast turnaround.Ensure safety, statutory compliance, and adherence to ISO/internal standards.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.RequirementsEducation: B.Sc. / B.E. in Science or Engineering.Experience: Min. 10 years in the TIC industry, with exposure to minerals/coal.Skills: Strong commercial acumen, client management, team leadership, and knowledge of UAE regulations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
