We have a clear purpose as an organization: to provide our customers with cutting-edge solutions to help solve their most critical needs.</p></br><p>The company generated 2023 revenues of $3.3 billion and is comprised of three distinct segments:</p></br><ul></br><li><b>Motion Technologies</b>($1.5B revenue) is a global leader in brake pads, shock absorbers and sealing solutions for the automotive and rail markets</li></br><li><b>Industrial Process</b>($1.1B revenue) is a global leader in centrifugal and twin-screw pumps for the chemical, energy, mining and industrial markets</li></br><li><b>Connect&Control Technologies</b>($0.7B) is a niche player in harsh environment connectors and control components in critical applications for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets.</li></br></ul></br><p>ITT is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut with over 10,000 employees in more than 35 countries and sales in approximately 125 countries.</p></br><h3>Essential Responsibilities</h3></br><ul></br><li>Act as the focal point for costing-related communication with internal stakeholders and global business units, coordinating inputs and clarifications during the quotation stage.</li></br><li>Lead the preparation, review, and submission of cost estimates and commercial proposals, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy.</li></br><li>Analyze inquiry packages and develop cost breakdowns, including materials, manufacturing, bought-out components, labor, and overhead.</li></br><li>Review customer draft purchase orders and terms&conditions to ensure alignment with company offers and policies, identifying and escalating risks where necessary.</li></br><li>Support the execution team with margin analysis, cost reconciliation, and commercial adjustments throughout project execution, including handling change orders and scope variations.</li></br><li>Contribute to localization initiatives by identifying and evaluating local sourcing opportunities and coordinating with procurement and engineering teams.</li></br><li>Assist with registration in customer procurement systems, data entry, and audits related to costing and pricing.</li></br><li>Continuously analyze historical data, and market trends to ensure cost estimates remain competitive and reflect current industry conditions.</li></br><li>Maintain and update cost databases, supplier price libraries, and internal reference tools to support rapid and accurate future quotations.</li></br><li>Identify commercial and technical risks during the quotation phase and incorporate appropriate contingencies into cost models.</li></br><li>Review purchase orders against the original quotation to verify that lead times, pricing, and agreed terms and conditions are fully aligned, and proactively flag any discrepancies before order acknowledgment.</li></br></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
