Cost Control Engineer

Develop and monitor project budgets (construction & maintenance).Track actual costs versus budget and identify cost variances.Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.Monitor manpower costs, equipment utilization, and material consumption.Coordinate with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to control cost exposure.Analyze project profitability and margin performance.Review subcontractor costs and support variation cost validation.Establish cost control procedures and reporting systems.Support management with financial analysis and performance dashboards.Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Finance (Engineering background preferred)Minimum 5–8 years in contracting companiesStrong experience in cost control for landscape or infrastructure projectsStrong skills in Excel and cost reporting systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
