Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver interactive training sessions for front office store teams and back office staff.Lead onboarding programs for new employees ensuring smooth integration into the company.Communicate company processes standards and culture effectively through engaging storytelling.Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored learning modules.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness providing feedback for continuous improvement.Serve as a brand ambassador instilling confidence professionalism and enthusiasm in all sessions.Conduct follow-ups on audit findings to identify key areas for improvement and drive actionable development.Requirements3 years of experience in training preferably in hospitality or retail.Strong public speaking and storytelling skills able to captivate and energize audiences.Confident dynamic and approachable personality.Passion for developing people and helping teams reach their potential.Knowledge of our brand processes and company culture is a strong advantage.Ability to create engaging training materials and adapt content for different audiences.Strong sense of structure discretion and attention to detail.Clear and confident communicator both verbal and written.Demonstrates initiative and anticipates needs proactively.Maintains a high level of professionalism integrity and judgment in all interactions.Excellent time management and organizational discipline.Displays strong emotional intelligence empathy and interpersonal awareness.Works with resilience consistency and a commitment to delivering accurate high-quality results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
