The role requires close coordination with regulators, service providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution and high-quality client delivery.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end company incorporation processes, including KYC, compliance, licensing, visas, leasing, and liaison with government authorities.</li><li>Advise clients on optimal corporate structures across various jurisdictions, including fintech entities, foundations, and SPVs.</li><li>Prepare and maintain corporate governance documentation, statutory filings, renewals, and ensure ongoing compliance obligations are met.</li><li>Support corporate lifecycle activities such as restructuring, re-domiciliation, liquidation, and regulatory reporting.</li><li>Conduct regulatory research, assist in preparing client proposals, and provide ongoing advisory support while maintaining high documentation standards.</li></ul><p>If your profile aligns with the above requirements, we encourage you to apply.</p><p>Skills: corporate governance, fintech, incorporation, government, compliance, legal, AML, KYC</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
