We are looking for a skilled Corporate Lawyer to oversee legal matters and provide strategic counsel to our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of corporate legal issues and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance matters.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements and contracts, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.Advise on regulatory compliance matters and monitor changes in corporate laws and regulations.Assist with corporate restructuring and corporate governance matters, including the formation and dissolution of entities.Manage and supervise external legal counsel as needed.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to ensure alignment with company objectives.Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters, as necessary.Provide legal support for corporate transactions, including due diligence and transaction documentation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records anddocumentation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
