This role is critical to ensuring network stability, performance, and compliance with industry standards in a high-demand environment.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a Core Network Specialist, you will manage and optimize a large-scale Ericsson Core Network infrastructure, including CS, PS, and IMS platforms. You will lead the Front Office Core team, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence while driving incident recovery and configuration changes. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies such as VoLTE and IMS, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will directly impact service quality and customer experience in one of the region’s most dynamic telecom markets.Key Responsibilities✓ Lead the FO Core team to ensure KPI and SLA compliance✓ Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across CS, PS, and IMS domains✓ Implement configuration changes and Change Requests following approved processes✓ Enhance network monitoring and first-level troubleshooting capabilities✓ Ensure fault management and incident recovery in line with MSTOP standards✓ Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and internal knowledge sharingRequired Qualifications & Skills✓ Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in Ericsson CS/PS troubleshooting✓ Strong expertise in MSC, MGW, HLR, HSS, STP, UDM, IMS (CSCF, MTAS, SBC, etc.)✓ In‑depth understanding of VoLTE and IMS call flows✓ Excellent knowledge of core protocols: SIP, SS7, ISUP, Diameter, SIGTRAN, MAP, CAP, TCAP✓ Proven experience in L2/L3 operations and incident management✓ Familiarity with Virtualization, Cloud, NFVI, and NFVO technologiesNice‑to‑Have Skills✓ Ericsson certifications in Core Network technologies✓ Experience with automation tools for network operations✓ Knowledge of 5G Core architecture and protocols✓ Exposure to DevOps practices in telecom environments✓ Advanced scripting skills (Python, Shell) for operational efficiencyRecruitment Pro TipHighlight your hands‑on experience with Ericsson Core Network troubleshooting and your ability to manage complex incidents under pressure.
