Contracts and Procurement Engineer (Civil and Architectural)

ResponsibilitiesIssuing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and receiving and analyzing technical and financial bids.Negotiating with suppliers and contractors to secure the best prices and quality.Preparing purchase orders and contracts and monitoring their execution.Analyzing bids and comparing technical specifications against project drawings.Reviewing and approving invoices and financial claims from suppliers.Review and approve supplier invoices and financial claims.Coordinate with technical departments, site management, the technical office, and the quantity surveyor to determine quantities and specifications.Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with supply and quality requirements.Prepare periodic reports on the status of purchases and contracts.Ensure adherence to approved procurement policies and procedures.Participating in the preparation of estimated budgets for projects.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract and procurement management for construction projects.Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and project technical specifications.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement management software (ERP/SAP).Strong negotiation skills.High accuracy in document review.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
