The candidate must be fluent inEnglish and Arabic.Key Responsibilities:Manage and administer contracts related to water projects.Review contract terms, conditions, and project agreements.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and KSA regulations.Support in handling variations, claims, disputes, and contract amendments.Coordinate with project teams, legal teams, consultants, and contractors.Maintain proper contract documentation and correspondence records.Prepare reports related to contract status, risks, and contractual issues.Requirements:Degree inEngineering / Law / Contract Managementor relevant field.Minimum experience requirement:15 yearswithBachelor DegreeOR10 yearswithEngineering Master Degree + Bachelor DegreeStronglegal backgroundand contract administration experience.Must haveKSA work experience(mandatory).Experience inwater projectsis highly preferred.Fluency inEnglish and Arabic(spoken and written).Strong knowledge of contract terms, FIDIC, claims, and variations.Preferred Skills:Experience handling disputes and contract negotiations.Strong communication and documentation skills.SkillsExperience handling disputes and contract negotiations.Strong communication and documentation skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
