Job Description
This is a strategic, creative, and operational leadership role.As Content Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of creativity, entertainment, skincareknowledge, and performance. You’ll be responsible for shaping Silki’s content direction— from high-level concepts and storytelling to ensuring content is scripted, approved,scheduled, delivered on time, and performing across organic social and paid media.You won’t just manage content — you’ll define how Silki shows up, while ensuring thecontent machine runs smoothly, on schedule, and to standard.You’ll work closely with content creators, designers, paid media, and marketing teams tobuild content that educates, entertains, and converts — without losing its soul.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Owning and evolving Silki’s content strategy across all platformsLeading content ideation that blends:Skincare educationEntertainmentCultural relevanceTranslating skincare knowledge (ingredients, routines, concerns) into compellingcontent narrativesBuilding cohesive content worlds around campaigns and launchesExecution, Planning & DeliveryManaging the social media content calendar across:InstagramTikTokWebsite and in-storeCampaigns & launchesPaid social adsEnsuring all content is:ScriptedApprovedScheduledDelivered on timeManaging content team workflows, schedules, and timelinesEnsuring content creators are working within agreed schedules and deadlinesActing as the final checkpoint to ensure output meets:Brand standardsQuality expectationsStrategic intentTeam & Performance ManagementManaging and leading content teams and creatorsSetting clear deadlines, expectations, and KPIs for the content teamEnsuring content KPIs are met (engagement, performance, delivery)Using performance data and insights to refine content direction and formatsSpotting trends early — and knowing which ones to ignorePaid Content & Commercial AlignmentWorking closely with the content creators to:Concept and brief high-performing ad creativesDevelop problem‑solving, objection‑handling, and education‑led adsEnsuring content supports broader brand, marketing, and commercial goalsBalancing creativity with conversion and performanceWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years’ experience in a Content Manager (or similar) roleA strong creative eye with a clear understanding of what makes content scroll‑stoppingProven experience managing content across organic and paid socialDemonstrated experience managing content teamsSomeone who understands the balance between education, entertainment, andconversionHighly organised, deadline‑driven, and detail‑orientedA pedantic planner and executor — timelines matter hereConfident decision‑maker with a strong point of viewAbility to think strategically while executing practicallyHow to ApplyPlease email the following toSubject line: Campaign ManagerYour CVExamples of campaigns you’ve managed or led (any format)Deadline for applications: Monday, 23 February 2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
