As a content creator, you will be working closely with art directors and the content team.To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects. Ultimately, a top-notch creator is someone whose visual design skills translate into high-quality animated content that engages viewers.ResponsibilitiesTechnical & ProductIs responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignmentDefine outlines and storyboards for animations or video (identifying the range of assets to be used, and the story to be told)Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with the creative department.Creating digital images, video animations, and textual animations.Creating animated sequences using computer animation software.Recording, editing, and encoding audio files.Performing media edits based on user feedback.Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.Excellent knowledge of social media, agile content, visual design principals, and animation.Business Acumen & Operational EfficiencyStrong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technologyResearch and identify trends in design language and branding and provide recommendations to our internal teams and partnersInnovative & Analytical MindsetArtistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.Good communication and interpersonal skills.People & LeadershipCollaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning, and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic workSelfSelf motivated and able to work in an agile, quick manner to keep up with trends and requestsQualificationsBachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.At least two years experience in a similar role.A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, and motion graphics/ Adobe premier.
