Our client is hiring for a Content and Communication Specialist who will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive communication and fundraising strategies that support institutional advancement goals. Reporting directly to the Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs this role demands a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills and a strong background in integrated communications.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a cohesive multichannel communication strategy to engage donors and alumni.Ensure consistent positive representation of the institution to external stakeholders across all communication channels.Collaborate closely with the strategic communication team to ensure alignment and amplify key messages.Actively participate in multimedia and livestreaming events related to fundraising and donor engagement.Coordinate with leadership academic departments and development teams to align communication strategies with fundraising goals.Conduct market research to support donor engagement and enhance campaign effectiveness.Analyze communication trends and provide recommendations to improve donor targeting and segmentation.Assist in preparing customized fundraising proposals and campaign materials.Support the Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs with administrative and operational tasks as needed.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic communications ideally within an educational or nonprofit environment.Proficiency in both Arabic and English with exceptional written communication skills in both languages.Skills & CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex information into compelling messaging.Project management expertise with experience coordinating multifaceted campaigns.Ability to work effectively both independently and within crossfunctional teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated success in creating and implementing integrated communications plans.Proficiency in digital media content development and communication platforms.Familiarity with fundraising principles and practices is a plus.BenefitsAttractive Salary Benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
