OverviewSearchPlus HR is seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant Spine Surgeon to join a reputable Government Hospital. In this key role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of spinal conditions within a public healthcare setting. You will provide expert surgical care while contributing to the hospital's mission to deliver high-quality, accessible healthcare services to the community. As a Consultant Spine Surgeon, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Your role includes both surgical interventions and non-surgical management, ensuring holistic patient care in line with government healthcare standards. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in public health while advancing your professional career in spine surgery.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments and diagnose spinal disorders in accordance with government hospital protocols.Perform complex spine surgeries including spinal fusion, decompression, and corrective procedures.Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.Provide pre-operative counseling and post-operative care in a government hospital environment.Collaborate with other medical professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient management.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with public health regulations.Participate in hospital committees and contribute to policy development related to spine care.Engage in continuing medical education and stay updated with advancements in spine surgery.Promote patient education and awareness programs within the hospital and community.QualificationsSpecialized training and experience in Spine Surgery, preferably with fellowship training.Proven experience performing spine surgeries in a hospital setting.Knowledge of government healthcare policies and procedures.Strong diagnostic and clinical skills relevant to spinal conditions.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities suited for multidisciplinary collaboration.Ability to manage a diverse patient population with varying complexities.Commitment to public healthcare values, ethics, and patient-centered care.Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining medical documentation.Willingness to engage in professional development and contribute to hospital initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
