Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive tax‑free physician salaryPerformance‑based incentivesHousing allowance or accommodation supportComprehensive family medical insuranceAnnual return flight ticketsProfessional indemnity / malpractice coverageContinuing Medical Education (CME) supportLicensing & Relocation SupportFull assistance will be provided for:DOH / DHA license conversion guidanceCredential verification and documentation supportRelocation assistance to Abu Dhabi / UAEHospital onboarding and professional integration supportRole OverviewPosition: Consultant / Specialist Oral & Maxillofacial SurgeonLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesHealthcare Setting: Multispecialty hospital with advanced surgical and dental specialty servicesExperience Required: Minimum 3+ years post‑specialist or board certificationPractice Model: Combination of outpatient consultations, surgical procedures, and multidisciplinary treatment planningThe successful candidate will diagnose and surgically manage diseases, injuries, and structural conditions involving the mouth, jaws, face, and neck, ensuring high standards of patient safety and surgical care.Key Responsibilities – Oral & Maxillofacial SurgeryDiagnose and treat conditions affecting the oral cavity, jawbones, facial structures, and surrounding soft tissuesPerform surgical procedures including impacted wisdom tooth extraction, dental implant placement, corrective jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery), and facial trauma reconstructionManage facial fractures and traumatic injuries involving the jaw, cheekbones, and surrounding structuresTreat oral pathology such as cysts, tumors, infections, and other abnormalities of the oral and maxillofacial regionPerform reconstructive procedures for congenital deformities, trauma‑related defects, and functional jaw disordersEvaluate and manage temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and associated functional complicationsCollaborate with orthodontists, prosthodontists, ENT specialists, plastic surgeons, and oncology teams for comprehensive patient careConduct pre‑operative assessments, surgical planning, and post‑operative follow‑up careUtilise advanced diagnostic imaging such as CT scans and 3D imaging to support surgical planning and treatment evaluationMaintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in accordance with regulatory and institutional standardsParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activitiesEnsure adherence to infection control protocols, surgical safety guidelines, and UAE healthcare regulations#J-18808-Ljbffr
