We are urgently sourcing a Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Scoliosis, on behalf of one of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare organisations in the UAE. Offering unparalleled expertise due to the collaboration with one of the top‑ranked paediatric hospitals in the US, all children will benefit from innovative care, cutting‑edge treatments and advanced research.Successful applicants must meet the following criteriaMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) and specialization in Paediatric Orthopaedic SurgeryAmerican Board, CCT UK, Australian Board, any Western Board, Fellowship or additional certification in Paediatric OrthopaedicsMinimum of 5 years of post‑specialization experience in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery specialising in ScoliosisValid DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) License or eligibility.Experience working within JCI‑accredited hospitals is preferredJob DescriptionSupports, implements, and follows all hospital, departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and proceduresHelps lead and implement the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processesParticipates in the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processesAssist with scheduling and supports the Division Chief in ensuring that adequate medical coverage is always provided within the DivisionAttends Divisional meetings as requiredAssists the Division Chief in the recruitment of new medical staff when appropriateAssumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Division ChiefLocationAbu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, sits off the mainland on an island in the Persian (Arabian) Gulf.
