Job DescriptionProviding comprehensive medical care to adult patients in both physical and telemedicine settings in all internal medicine and Endocrinology needs. Responsible for providing expert clinical care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of endocrine disorders. This role encompasses a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal diseases, and metabolic syndromes and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, practices population health management and value-based care, focusing on improving patient outcomes through efficient and effective healthcare delivery, with a focus on optimizing resources and enhancing patient outcomes.
