Construction Manager – Signaling & Telecommunications

As part of our continued expansion in large-scale infrastructure projects, Hassan Allam Construction is seeking a highly qualified Construction Manager – Signaling & Telecommunications to join our team in KSA.Lead and manage all construction activities related to railway signaling and telecommunications systems.Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety standards.Coordinate effectively with engineering, design, and subcontractor teams.Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges.Enforce quality control procedures and compliance with international standards.Manage and mentor site teams to ensure optimal performance.Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in signaling & telecommunications systems.Proven track record in railway construction projects is essential.Strong understanding of international railway standards and systems.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Previous experience in GCC/KSA projects is highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
