Construction Manager – Super High-Rise ProjectsWe are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team for a newly launched mega development involving Super High‑Rise Towers.Project TypeSuper High‑Rise Towers (45+ floors)Large‑scale mixed‑use developmentsVillas & wide‑area developmentsMandatory Experience RequirementsMinimum 8+ years of experience in the UAE or GCCExtensive experience in Super High‑Rise Towers (45+ floors)Must have participated in at least 20 tower projectsProven experience managing projects from foundation to handoverPrevious experience in villa developmentsExperience handling large plots and wide construction areasEducation & Professional QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)PMP certification is highly preferredMembership of the Society of Engineers (SOE – UAE) is preferredDubai Municipality (DM) Engineering License / G+ Unlimited is a strong advantageAny additional professional certifications related to construction or project management will be considered an advantageKey CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and authoritiesSolid knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standardsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and large‑scale projects efficientlyImportant NotesCandidates must be currently based in the UAEOnly candidates meeting the above criteria will be consideredInterested candidates are invited to share their CV.We are hiring for Construction Manager – Super High‑Rise Projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
