As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholdersDevelop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocationOversee day-to-day construction activities, supervising contractors and workforce to maintain quality and safety standardsConduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policiesManage project risks, resolve issues, and make decisive decisions to keep projects on trackPrepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clientsNegotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractorsImplement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environmentCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review and approve designs and specificationsManage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change ordersWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 10-12 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project deliveryStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teamsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and project management methodologiesProficiency in construction management software and toolsThorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industryFamiliarity with local building codes and construction practices in Dubai and the UAEStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
