Construction Manager

Construction Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAEWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee the entire construction project, managing all aspects from initiation to completion. Key responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, safety, and quality control. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. We are open to considering candidates with no prior experience in the field, including immigrants.Responsibilities:Manage planning, coordination, and control of construction projects from start to finish.Develop work plans, schedules, and budgets.Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.Maintain relationships with stakeholders such as contractors, suppliers, and clients.Enforce safety protocols onsite.Oversee quality during all construction stages.Manage multiple subcontractors ensuring compliance with contracts and building standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team.Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required; candidates with no experience are welcome.Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.This job is active and accepting applications.
