The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with a wide range of people.Responsibilities:• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of construction sites;• Monitor contractors to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the project plan;• Oversee completion of all project milestones;• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures;• Ensure that all materials are ordered and delivered on time;• Track construction costs, budgets, and timelines;• Report on progress to senior management;• Monitor compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field;• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role;• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment;• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail;• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people.We offer an excellent salary package and opportunity for growth for the right candidate.
