The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1700 per month, and we welcome applications from immigrants.ResponsibilitiesOversee construction projects from start to finish.Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with industry safety standards.Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans.Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.Prepare reports on project progress.Resolve conflicts between personnel or contractors.Monitor progress against budget constraints and timelines.Conduct regular on-site inspections.Qualifications and SkillsAt least 5 years of proven experience in construction management.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; strong leadership qualities; good interpersonal skills.Degree in Architecture or Engineering.Good technical drawing skills.Understanding of relevant laws or regulations.Knowledge of building materials and construction methods or techniques.Knowledge of cost estimation procedures.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; proactive in approaching work.Salary and ApplicationThe position offers a salary of 1700 per month.
