<div><ul><li><b>Job Title:</b>Construction Lead – Electrical&IT (EIT) – Offshore Projects</li><li><b>Location:</b>Sohar, Oman (Onshore / Offshore Fabrication Yard)</li><li><b>Contract Type:</b>Fixed-Term Contract (36 Months)</li><li><b>Schedule:</b>12 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, 6 days per week, 8–10 hours per day</li></ul><h3>Position Summary</h3><ul><li>Construction Lead – Electrical&IT (EIT) responsible for managing EPC contractor execution of electrical and IT scopes for a major LNG project</li><li>Ensures safe, compliant, and efficient delivery across fabrication, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases in a large-scale fabrication yard environment</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead EPC contractor execution of electrical and IT construction activities</li><li>Oversee fabrication, installation, MC, pre-commissioning, and commissioning scope</li><li>Ensure compliance with project engineering standards and technical requirements</li><li>Review constructability of engineering deliverables and identify issues</li><li>Monitor contractor progress, performance, and productivity</li><li>Review progress reports and identify risks, delays, and quality concerns</li><li>Recommend corrective actions to maintain safety, quality, and schedule targets</li><li>Manage interfaces between contractor, engineering, and operations teams</li><li>Ensure HSE and quality compliance across all construction activities</li><li>Participate in risk assessments, pre-job meetings, and technical reviews</li><li>Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science</li><li>Minimum 8 years of oil and gas construction experience</li><li>At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role</li><li>Strong experience in electrical and IT construction scope</li><li>Experience in LNG or large-scale fabrication yard projects</li><li>Knowledge of fabrication, testing, completion, and commissioning processes</li><li>Understanding of construction standards, codes, and HSE requirements</li><li>Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>36-month fixed-term contract</li><li>12 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation</li><li>6 days per week, 8–10 hours per day</li><li>Fabrication yard environment in Sohar, Oman</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
