As a key member of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing mixed‑use development projects from inception to completion.Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets for mixed‑use projectsCoordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are metConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulationsAnalyze and resolve technical issues that arise during constructionPrepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and change ordersManage project resources effectively to optimize performance and minimize delaysEnsure adherence to Saudi building codes and regulations throughout the construction processCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive project success and client satisfactionWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in construction engineering, with a focus on mixed‑use developmentsProfessional Engineering (PE) certification preferredProficiency in project management software, AutoCAD or similar CAD software, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, best practices, and project management principlesFamiliarity with Saudi building codes, regulations, and local construction industry standardsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentMust be a Saudi national#J-18808-Ljbffr
