A global engineering firm is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to its Construction Services Division. Responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication between team members and clients. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, three years of administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
